NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION
This is an Agreement between _______________________

disclose, reveal, or impart trade secrets belonging to said Company.

In consideration of being made privy to having
access to privileged, trade-secret information belonging to Company,

parties and to treat this information as a trade secret belonging solely to
Company.

IV. ATTORNEY

Should any legal action arise in relation to this
Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its full court
costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys fees.

included herein is no longer a trade secret or until Company sends ________
written notice releasing him/her from the obligations of this Agreement,
